Deliveries & Returns


Once payment has been received, your order will be dispatched within 1 to 3 days by Royal Mail or DPD

UK standard Delivery: £1.95 on orders of £50 or below

Free UK Standard Delivery on orders of £50 and above

Bulky Items: Large / bulky items such as furniture will be delivered using a courier service with a fixed charge £50

Collection from store: Free If you wish to collect from the shop, please bring the card you paid with for identification.

Opening Hours: Tuesday to Saturday 10 until 5pm, Sundays (seasonal opening, please check)

We will contact you by email if there are any changes to your delivery. We charge a flat rate fee of £1.95 for most items with destinations within the UK (excluding Channel Islands). Should there be any additional charges for heavier / bulky items we will advise you of such costs before posting.

International Orders

For international orders, please contact us with details of the items you would like to order and we will issue a quote for the price of the postage.

Occasionally a delivery may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, we will do our very best to keep you updated of any such delays.

If you request for a delivery to be left in a safe place, we cannot be held responsible for any losses or parcels going missing and this is requested at your own risk.


We hope you love your purchases if however, you are not completely satisfied we will happily exchange or refund any unused items with your proof of purchase within 14 days.

Goods must be returned in the condition they were sold, including all original packaging. The return of goods is the customer’s responsibility and we cannot be held responsible for items that either do not reach us, or that are damaged on the way back to us. We therefore recommend you use a reputable courier / tracked service and ensure the items are sufficiently wrapped to avoid damage or loss.

Please include your order details (name and address) inside the returned parcel Should your package arrive damaged then please let us know within 48hours of delivery and supply photographic evidence of the damaged items and packaging along with a picture of the postage label. On receipt we will replace or refund damaged items, we may ask you to return.
